DATA CENTER / BIM / LIQUID COOLING

Designing AI-ready data centers.

More than 15 years of data center engineering experience — now focused on high-density facilities for liquid-cooled AI infrastructure.

klimko.tech develops coordinated data center concepts using BIM workflows, with particular expertise in direct liquid cooling, high-power GPU platforms, CDU integration, facility water systems and serviceable high-density rack environments.

ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES

One coordinated model across every discipline.

Architecture, power, cooling, ICT and operations are developed as one integrated system rather than as separate design packages.

01

Concept Design

Early-stage planning for site, capacity, redundancy and deployment strategy.

  • Site and room planning
  • Rack density definition
  • Power and cooling concept
  • Future expansion strategy
02

Mechanical Engineering

Cooling infrastructure designed around AI platforms and liquid-cooled server systems.

  • Facility water loops
  • CDU integration
  • Pipe routing
  • Leak detection
03

Electrical Engineering

High-density power architecture for GPU-rich compute environments.

  • Power distribution
  • Redundancy planning
  • Rack PDU strategy
  • Load coordination
04

Network Infrastructure

Physical and logical coordination for management, storage and AI fabrics.

  • InfiniBand planning
  • Structured cabling
  • Fiber pathways
  • Port and rack mapping
05

Deployment Planning

Design decisions translated into a practical installation sequence.

  • Rack elevations
  • Installation packages
  • Access and service zones
  • Commissioning preparation
06

Operational Readiness

Engineering focused not only on construction, but also on long-term maintainability.

  • Maintenance access
  • Isolation strategy
  • Monitoring points
  • Growth and replacement planning

BIM / AUTODESK REVIT

Engineering developed inside a coordinated digital model.

Building Information Modeling allows data center architecture, structure, MEP systems and ICT infrastructure to be coordinated before construction starts.

Autodesk Revit is used as a core design environment, supported by model coordination, clash detection and IFC-compatible collaboration workflows.

DIRECT LIQUID COOLING

Designed around the thermal reality of modern AI systems.

High-density GPU platforms increasingly move a large share of heat removal from air to liquid. This changes the design of the data hall, mechanical systems, service strategy and redundancy model.

Our current specialization is the design of infrastructure for direct-to-chip liquid-cooled servers, including CDU placement, facility water loops, rack-side interfaces, isolation, monitoring and maintainability.

EXPERIENCE

Classical data center expertise, evolved for AI infrastructure.

More than fifteen years of experience in traditional data center design provides the foundation. The current focus is adapting that engineering discipline to liquid-cooled, high-density AI environments.

A

Traditional Data Centers

Long-standing experience with classical air-cooled enterprise and service-provider environments.

B

High-Density AI Facilities

Current specialization in facilities designed around GPU systems and direct liquid cooling.

C

Engineering Continuity

Proven design methodology combined with new-generation thermal, power and network requirements.
